If you want to buy a club LCPA have opportunities all over the country.

For regular advice on new clubs coming on to the market you should subscribe to the LCPA Monthly Bulletin.

To protect the interest of our clients selling clubs buyers are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (copy on the page 'Contact Us') before any further details about clubs are released.

On receipt of this Agreement we will send you a summary of information on the clubs you are interested in.

We will then arrange for you a viewing of your chosen club and afterwards provide a full Prospectus - this includes photographs of the club, copies of accounts etc.

All these services are provided completely free of charge to club buyers, with the exception of the subscription to our Monthly Bulletin.

The LCPA Monthly Bulletin

For prospective buyers, we can provide advance information on clubs coming on to the market in out Monthly Bulletin available to subscribers only.

Information about any new club for sale are posted to subscribers automatically on the first day of a calendar month, two weeks before it appears in any other listing or advertising.

This is a great advantage because it gives you information earlier than non-subscribers and gives you a head start in this competitive market. From our experience, many attractive clubs are sold to subscribers and never reach the open market.

THE LCPA MONTHLY BULLETIN

	This is the only automatic notification which LCPA provides of any new clubs coming to the market.
	Mailed out on the first of each month to subscribers only.
	Covers the whole country.
	Cost £29.38 (including VAT) for a 12 months period.
